Suspect Wore Eye Patch During Walgreens Robbery
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Colorado Springs have released surveillance photos as part of their investigation into a theft of prescription drugs from a Walgreens.
The robbery took place on May 22 at the pharmacy of the Walgreens, located at 920 N. Circle Drive.
The suspect was armed and wearing a costume when he entered the restricted part of the pharmacy and demanded prescription medications. The pharmacist filled a bag with an unknown amount of the drugs and then the suspect took off.
The suspect's costume included possibly a wig and an eye patch. He was described as being white, approximately 5-foot-9 and weighing about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes.
