Sergio Rodarte Arrested A Month After Deadly Double Shooting In Green Valley Ranch
DENVER (CBS4) - An arrest has been made a month after a double shooting in Denver's Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. Sergio Rodarte, 23, now faces first degree murder charges.
Police officers arrested Rodarte on Wednesday night.
Two men passed away at the scene of the shooting on May 1 in the 4700 block of North Odessa Street.
Denver police sent out a news release saying the probable cause statement is currently sealed in the case.
