Search Continues For Missing Teacher

DENVER (CBS4)- Search crews continued their search for a missing teacher on Monday, three weeks after he went missing.

Frank Stanley set out to hike Bison Peak in Park County on July 25. He planned to camp in the Lost Creek Wilderness.

Stanley's family reported him missing on Aug. 11 when he did not return.

Stanley, 44, teaches gifted children on the University of Denver campus. Relatives and co-workers are concerned.

"I think right now it's very deep concern but we don't know the outcome right now. So, our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We certainly want to give them the support that we can and to know that we are very concerned and eagerly hoping for the best," said DU Spokesman Chase Squires.

Deputies have found Stanley's vehicle, but have no sign of where he might be.
