Parking Fees Now In Place At 5 More RTD Park-n-Rides

DENVER (CBS4) - The Regional Transportation District has implemented new parking fees along the W light rail line.

The new fees went into effect Monday morning at the five RTD Park-n-Ride locations:

- Decatur-Federal Sheridan
- Lakewood-Wadsworth
- Oak
- Federal Center

All vehicles registered at an address within the RTD boundaries can park for free for a full day, but a $2 fee applies after 24 hours.

Vehicles outside the service boundaries will have to pay $4 for every 24 hour period.

There are some exemptions to those rules, for instance if you are a college student.
