Pro-Pot Attorney Arrested For Allegedly Smoking Joint At Rockies Game
DENVER (CBS4) - Well known pro-marijuana attorney Robert Corry has been arrested for smoking pot in public.
Denver police arrested Corry Wednesday at Coors Field during a Rockies game. He was arrested for public consumption of marijuana and disobedience of a lawful order after he refused to hand over a joint.
The police report stated that he said to the officer, "You're a stupid cop, you are going to make this easy for me, you can't search me, it's only a citation."
The officer informed Corry that smoking marijuana in public is still illegal.
