Police: Thief Targets Schools Posing As Parent
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have issued a warning about a thief who poses as a parent and targets other parents at Denver Public Schools.
A woman, Winter Yates, is accused of pretending to be a parent at the schools.
Then she allegedly uses that access to steal wallets, purses and other valuables from empty classrooms.
Anyone who sees Yates in or near any Denver Public School is asked to call police.
