Plenary Roads Picked To Finish Highway 36 Express Lanes
DENVER (CBS4) - The Colorado Department of Transportation has picked the company that will finish building express lanes on Highway 36.
Plenary Roads has been hired for phase two of the project. That will add express lanes from 88th Avenue to Table Mesa in Boulder.
Work is already underway on the first phase of the project.
Carpools, buses and solo drivers who pay a toll will be able to use the lanes.
Construction is expected to start later this year and be finished by the end of 2015.
