Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held For New Denver Crime Lab
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police now have a new home for crime-fighting efforts.
Tuesday was the ribbon cutting to announce the completion of the new Denver crime laboratory.
The 60,000 square foot building is much larger than the old lab. It allows the department to consolidate units under one roof and offers more room to examine suspect vehicle's on site.
The $36 million project was funded through the Better Denver Bond Project.
