Mountain Lion Preying On Pets Near Evergreen
EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Officials with Colorado Parks and Wildlife are warning families in Evergreen about a mountain lion that's on the attack. It has reportedly killed two house cats and attacked a dog.
They say the lion is lingering in the area near the intersection of Witter Gulch Road and Upper Bear Creek Road.
CPW asked residents to bring in their pets after dark and keep a close eye on them when they are in the yard during the day.
