Man Who Shot Fort Collins Officer Takes Plea Deal
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A Loveland man who shot a Fort Collins police officer on Christmas Day back in 2009 has taken a plea deal.
Andrew Nardello still faces 16 to 128 years in prison. He pleaded guilty to charges of attempted murder of a police officer on Friday.
Police say Nardello's girlfriend called police claiming there had been a home invasion. Nardello was waiting in the house and started shooting at the officers
