Man Steals Cellphone From Parapalegic
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police want to find a man who stole a cellphone from a woman who is parapalegic and unable to speak.
The man took the phone from the woman who had it attached to a cord hanging around her neck.
It happened along the 16th Street Mall back on Oct. 7.
If you recognize the man you are asked to call police.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.
