Man Accused Of Prostitution While Knowing He Had AIDS
DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of engaging in prostitution while knowing he had AIDS has been formally charged in Denver.
Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office said William Head, 62, has been charged with one count of prostitution with knowledge of AIDS and massage parlor unlawful acts.
"The charges allege that William Head, also known as 'Tor,' has engaged in sexual acts with the knowledge of having AIDS," Kimbrough said in a statement. "The charges further allege that Head has been advertising an illegal massage service in his residence without a license since 2007."
Head is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
