Lawsuit Dismissed: Oprah Accused Of Blocking Trail In Telluride
TELLURIDE, Colo. (CBS4)- A lawsuit that accused Oprah Winfrey of blocking access to hiking trails near Telluride has been dismissed.
According to the Telluride Daily Planet, a judge dismissed the case stating that it should have been filed in a municipal court instead of the county district court.
In the lawsuit a neighbor claimed Winfrey's company, along with the former owners and the town of Mountain Village made a secret deal to close access to the trails.
