Lakewood Man To Be Sentenced For Shooting At Officers
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A man from Lakewood will be sentenced next month for shooting at police during a standoff.
A jury found David Orton guilty of 84 counts, including attempted murder of those officers.
Orton was involved in a 4-hour standoff at his home last January. It began when he fired at the officers. His wife and their three small children were in the home. They were not hurt.
