Jefferson County Considers Vacation Rentals
GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) - Jefferson County commissioners are considering allowing homeowners to rent out their homes for vacation rentals.
The county currently bars homeowners in residential zones from renting out their homes for less than a month.
According to the Denver Post, people are ignoring the law and neighbors are complaining about the disruptions.
