Hagan: Coaching Buffaloes Running Backs Is A 'Blessing'
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado Buffaloes head coach Mike MacIntyre has moved Darian Hagan back into a coaching role with the team.
Hagan, the quarterback of the Buffaloes 1990 national team, was an assistant from 2005 to 2010 but took on an administrative role when MacIntyre came to Boulder.
Hagan is now headed back to the sidelines as the running backs coach.
"I'm really excited," he told CBS4 on Monday. "It's something I really love doing. I really love coaching, and for coach to give me my whistle back not only was it a blessing from above but it was a culmination of many different things. Me never getting discouraged, staying focused and never losing hope.
