Former Marine Guilty Of Shooting Wife, Setting Home On Fire

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- A jury found a former U.S. Marine guilty of shooting his wife 18 times, then setting fire to their home.

Friday, jurors in Adams County convicted Charles Fisher, 29, on second degree murder and first degree arson charges in the death of his wife, Belinda in July 2010.

Firefighters found Belinda's body in the burned home in Thornton.

Fisher could face up to 72 years behind bars when he is sentenced in May.
