Former Leadville Police Chief Arrested After Allegedly Pawning Guns
LEADVILLE, Colo. (CBS4) - The former Leadville police chief has been arrested.
He's accused of pawning guns owned by the department.
The district attorney says Michael Leake sold those guns at pawn shops in Aurora and Englewood between 2013 and 2015.
Leake resigned as chief in December and the DA started investigating him in January.
