Flags Turned Away From Fort Logan
DENVER (CBS4) - Plans to place American flags at the Fort Logan National Cemetery were cut short on Saturday.
A group named Flags for Fort Logan had been putting the flags on as many gravesites at the cemetery as possible for the last five years.
This year, Fort Logan officials told them it wasn't allowed.
They say their policy only lets officials at the cemetery to place flags on the graves on Memorial Day.
The group placed some outside the gates instead.
