Firefighters In Arvada Battle Fire At Terrace Park
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - Firefighters in Arvada are investigating a fire that broke out at a park early Saturday morning.
YouReporter Patrick Haste took pictures of what neighbors say sounded like an explosion. Investigators are trying to figure out the source of the sound and fire.
Firefighters put out the fire at Terrace Park. The flames burned some trees near the playground. They also scared nearby homeowners.
"Witnesses saw three kids running away from the scene," Scott Pribble with the Arvada Fire Department said.
Firefighters are looking to see if fireworks caused the fire.
