Fiery Overnight Crash Sends Up Pillar Of Smoke, Shuts Down Interstate 76
STERLING, Colo. (CBS4) - A fiery crash near Sterling on Interstate 76 on Colorado's Eastern Plains overnight sent a large pillar of smoke up into the air. A diesel tanker truck crashed into the guardrail.
The Colorado State Patrol posted a photo of the crash, and it showed flames and debris next to the highway.
No one was hurt in the crash.
The interstate was shut down in both directions at daybreak, but has since reopened.
