Man Inside Burning Home Escapes Unharmed
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Fire investigators continue to determine what started an early morning fire in Lakewood on Wednesday morning.
Copter4 flew over the house in the 300 block of Garland as fire crews finished extinguishing the fire.
A man living at the home escaped unharmed. A neighbor called firefighters after seeing the flames coming from the roof.
Firefighters say the fire started somewhere on the second floor and spread into the attic.
There was a lot of damage to the front of the home and attic but limited damage to the rest of the home.
