Expect Some I-70 Lanes Closures In The Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnels Soon
(CBS4) - Construction crews will start some construction in the Eisenhower Johnson Tunnels which will prompt some lane closures through early October.
Crews will be paving the tunnels starting with the eastbound lanes, and then they will shift to the westbound lanes.
Traffic will be shifted to whichever tunnel is not being paved. Crews will not work during the Labor Day weekend.
