Dust Storm Hammers Eastern Colorado
DENVER (CBS4) - Near hurricane force wind gusts have been hammering eastern Colorado on Tuesday, all part of a large, slow-moving storm system in the central United States.
The winds produced widespread areas of blowing dust which was responsible for numerous accidents and even temporary road closures.
CBS4's Justin McHeffey in the Mobile Weather Lab reported seeing as many as eight tractor-trailers on their sides after being toppled by the wind.
