Dumb Friends League Quebec Shelter Resumes Dog Adoptions After Pneumonia Cases
DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Dumb Friends League resumed dog adoptions at its Quebec shelter Tuesday morning.
The shelter stopped adoptions in April because of an increase in pneumonia cases among dogs. The problem was only at the Quebec shelter in Denver, but now the cases are cleared up.
The Dumb Friends League says the dogs are healthy and safe to adopt. There are more than 120 dogs ready for new homes at the shelter at 2080 South Quebec.
