Douglas County Seeing Rise In Bike Thefts
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Douglas County residents are being warned about a rise in bicycle thefts.
Thieves are targeting apartment complexes and townhome areas.
Most cases involve locks being cut from bikes.
