Deputies Seize Nearly 1,000 Pot Plants
RYE, Colo. (CBS4)- Deputies in Pueblo County seized nearly 1,000 marijuana plants in an illegal grow operation believed to be connected to a Mexican cartel.
The plants were growing on private property near the Table Top Mountain in Rye in Southern Colorado.
Deputies estimate the plants are worth more than $4 million.
While deputies confiscated the plants, they have not been able to find any of the growers.
