Denver Zoo Visitors Already Love The 'Giraffe Encounter' Exhibit
DENVER (CBS4) - Visitors to the Denver Zoo on Monday got their first look at the new Giraffe Encounter exhibit.
It's 2,400 square foot structure in the giraffe yard that gives folks a way to meet and bond with the animals.
"I love this new exhibit. We come out here, we're members, and we come out here in the summer with my grandkids once or twice a week, and this is going to be amazing," Sharon McGee-Canady from Denver said.
The Denver Zoo is home to 4,300 animals with more than 60 species.
