Denver Police Locate Alleged Driver In Fatal Hit & Run On Colfax
DENVER (CBS4) - A woman accused in a fatal hit-and-run in Denver early Sunday morning is in custody.
According to police, the hit-and-run crash happened at approximately 2 a.m. at West Colfax Avenue and Fox Street.
Brenda Rosales-Montoya, 30, was located by police following the crash. She's currently being held for investigation of vehicular homicide and hit-and-run involving death.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
