Commerce City City Council Candidate Pulls Out After Arrest
COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) - A drunk driving arrest has prompted a candidate for the Commerce City City Council to drop out of the race.
Joe Sandoval sent a letter to the city clerk on Monday pulling out of the race.
Sandoval is a criminal investigator for the Colorado Department of Revenue. He's charged with a DUI and pleaded guilty to driving while impaired three years ago.
