Colorado Leaders Have Varying Reactions To Obama Speech

Obama went to Virginia Friday to personally sell his $447 billion plan. He wants to extend a payroll cut, give credit to companies hiring veterans and provide grants to states hiring more first responders. He also wants to fund new infrastructure projects.
