Colorado Family Walks Away From Plane Crash In Montana
POLSON, Mont. (CBS4)- A family from Colorado walked away from a small plane crash near Missoula, Mont. on Friday.
The plane went down about 60 miles north of Missoula, near Polson, eventually landing in a field near the airport.
The pilot, a woman and her 2-year-old boy were sightseeing when the engine failed.
Investigators called it a "skillful landing." While no one was injured there was some damage to the plane.
What caused the engine to fail is being investigated.
