Children's Hospital Put On Lockdown After Threat

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Children's Hospital was put on lockdown Sunday afternoon while authorities investigated a phone threat.

The hospital on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora was put on lockdown at approximately 4 p.m. as a precaution after the threat was made, but details about what kind of threat haven't been released.

Police checked the campus and nearby streets and didn't find anything unusual. The hospital was taken off lockdown after 5 p.m.

Police are still searching for the person who made the threat.
