Man Escapes, Dog Dies, After Truck Rolls Into Chatfield Reservoir
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A dog died after the truck it was in rolled into Chatfield Reservoir on Friday afternoon. Rescuers spent an hour working to pull it out of the water.
A man and his two dogs were inside the truck when it went into the water. The man was able to escape.
One dog was later rescued but the other did not survive.
