Bus Flips Over In Crash

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Jefferson County closed Highway 93 between Boulder and Golden on Monday afternoon after a crash involving at least two cars and a short bus.

There were 26 people on board the bus when it flipped. One person fell out. Thirteen people were rushed to a hospital in Boulder. Authorities said there were no major injuries from the crash.

The crash happened after 2 p.m. near the entrance to Rocky Flats in northern Jefferson County.

State troopers said a Subaru traveling northbound drifted into the opposite lane and sideswiped the bus, which caused the bus to rollover.
