Brown Palace Holds Annual Champagne Cascade
DENVER (CBS4) - It's a sure sign the holidays are almost here in Denver. On Sunday the Brown Palace held its annual champagne cascade.
It took 6,000 glasses to build the structure and Gov. John Hickenlooper was on hand to christen the two-story-tall tower.
The event benefits the Volunteers of America.
Guests attending the event were also encouraged to donate toys for the organization's Christmas basket program.
