Broncos Kick Field Goal After Longest Punt Return In Super Bowl History
SANTA CLARA, Calif. (CBS4) - Broncos wide receiver and kick returner Jordan Norwood made Super Bowl history in the second quarter on Sunday.
Norwood switched the momentum of the game with a 61 yard punt return in the second quarter. That was the longest return of a punt ever in a Super Bowl.
The Broncos took a 13-7 lead over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50 when the Broncos kicked a field goal following the big return.
