Aurora Public Schools Makes Selection For New Superintendent
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Aurora Public Schools gave its suggestion for who it wants to lead its district on Monday.
The Board of Education named D. Rico Munn as its top choice. Munn was an adjunct professor at the University of Denver School of Law and has also spent time on the Colorado State Board of Education.
The Aurora Public Schools board voted 6-1 to select him from a group of four finalists. The board will now begin contract negotiations with Munn. If all goes well he'll begin his official duties July 1.
