Arvada Police Arrest Man Suspected In Multiple Robberies
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Arvada say they have arrested the suspect connected to multiple break-ins.
Thomas Kimber, 35, was arrested late last month after a homeowner reported a suspicious man in a neighborhood near 50th and Sheridan. Kimber wound up running from from officers after he ditched a bicycle that was reported stolen, but was captured.
After the arrest police say Kimber confessed to between 10 and 20 crimes.
Over the summer police warned Arvada residents about a series of car and garage break-ins. Detectives said Kimber is suspected in those cases.
