6 Denver residents escape fire that destroys home

A fire in Denver forced six people from their home Wednesday afternoon. The Denver Fire Department shared photos of the extensive damage to the home near Mississippi Avenue and Winona Court.

Although the home suffered heavy damaged, the six residents managed to escape unharmed.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
