Video shows Chicago Police officer shooting dog
Chicago Police issued no citations in the incident last month. But on Tuesday, the Civilian Office of Police Accountability released video of the shooting, and said the CPD should rethink the officer's employment status. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
