Victim says someone from towing company drove her car around, racked up tickets
AP Towing & Recovery has already been in our news for allegations of a scam, and now, Alesha Howard says someone from the towing company drove her pickup truck and racked up tickets for which she got threatened with having her license and plates suspended. CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports.
