Ukrainian prime minister calls U.S. aid for war against Russia "crucially important"
Two years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, funding for Ukraine has become a battle in the U.S., with Congress divided over continued support of Ukraine’s military. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyal recently visited Chicago, home to a large Ukrainian population and many refugees, and spoke exclusively to CBS 2 about trying to get continued U.S. support in the war against Russia.
