Tenant says landlord who was murdered and dismembered was 'just the nicest person'
Ellen Rodin is a tenant in the Washtenaw Avenue home where Frances Walker rented out rooms. Sandra Kolalou was also a tenant in the home, and is now charged with Walker's murder. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
