Suspect caught in 2016 murder of Northbrook attorney
On the run for nearly eight years, the suspect in the murder of a Northbrook attorney has been captured. The manhunt for John Panaligan, who was on the U.S. Marshals' most wanted list, involved authorities in four countries. He was arrested this week in Mexico.
