Speeding, crashes cause major problems along Sacramento Avenue in Avondale
Those living along Sacramento Avenue in Avondale say traffic is causing major problems, from trucks getting stuck under a viaduct to cars speeding and crashing through fences. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
