Ruby from Safe Haven Rescue shines in the Pet Rescue Spotlight
Karen Siler with Safe Haven Dog Rescue brought Ruby, one of three sisters who had 21 puppies and all got pulled to safety. The pups have found homes, but Ruby, Robin, and Reba are looking for forever homes.
