Riot Fest returning to Chicago's Douglass Park after all; some not pleased
A large group of other neighbors previously fought to get Riot Fest out of Douglass Park, and do not want it back. But as Jermont Terry reports, the local alderwoman says the festival benefits the surrounding neighborhood in many ways.
