Rep. Jesus "Chuy" Garcia expected to launch mayoral bid Thursday
Congressman Jesus "Chuy" Garcia is expected to sail to a third term in Tuesday's election, and sources say in two days he'll officially set his sights on another election, and announce he's running for Chicago mayor in 2023.
