Records show prior domestic violence incident at scene of Oak Forest shooting
A now-44-year-old man was arrested and charged with "domestic battery" and "criminal damage to property" in the 2016 incident, but the charges were later dropped. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
